Misha is an Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher in London with a passion to make yoga accessible to everyone. As a teacher, her goal is to create a safe yet playful environment for people to explore and learn about themselves on the mat, whilst encouraging them to take aspects of yoga into their everyday life. She encourages the use of breath to guide the movement and slow down the mind. She sequences her classes intelligently, with the anatomy of the body in mind to ensure her students strengthen their bodies whilst slowing down the mind. Misha recently completed her restorative yoga training with Anna Ashby (triyoga). She is continually grateful to her teachers for inspiring her to learn and develop and is grateful to be able to share the knowledge, lessons and magic that yoga has brought into her life.
